This blog is maintained by Alex Vollmer who is a father, husband and software developer living in Seattle, WA. I’ve been living and breathing Linux and Java for nearly ten years, but it’s time for a change. I’ve become a Mac-switcher and have adopted Ruby as my current programming language of choice. I love what I do for a living and consider myself extremely fortunate to be doing it. I am very interested in the craft of programming and can wax poetically for hours about it.
